ECC (Preschool & TK) Campus Hours: Full Day: 7:30am-4:00pm, Half Day (2-Year-Old Only): 7:30am-12:00pm, Enrichment/Extended Care: 4:00pm-5:30pm
ECC Info: Students must be 2 to 5 years old. Children must be fully potty trained to enter a 3-year-old class. Any half day students left after 12:00 noon will be charged $35 for each afternoon session. New for this year: Pre-approved "drop ins" for ECC Enrichment/Extended Care are available for $25 each. Any students not enrolled in extended care or pre-approved for a drop in and are left after 4:00pm or 5:30pm if enrolled will be charged $25 for each start of a 15-minute segment over. Lunch and snacks are included for ECC.
Transitional Kindergarten (TK): Students must be 4 years old by August 1 and be assessed by Valley School. Lunch and snacks included.

Kindergarten: Qualified students must be 5 years old by August 1, 2025.
ECC - 8th Grade Payment Terms: The 2 Semester and 10 Payment Plans require enrollment in our online payment platform, VC Pay, which requires a yearly fee of $35 for the 2 Semester and $75 for the 10 Payment Plans. The 10 Payment Plan requires automatic online CC or ACH payments. There is a 2.75% merchant fee for credit card payments and a $1 fee for ACH payments. Annual Payments are due prior to the first day of school. 2 Semester Payments are due 08/15 and 01/15. 10 Payment Plan payments are due on the 1st of each month (starting August 1st through May 1st). Payments made over 5 days after the due date will be subject to a $40 late payment fee. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee. There will be a discount of 10% for each sibling enrolled (discount is applied to the lowered tuition amount after all other discounts). Subsidized students do not qualify for Tuition Assistance. Subsidized families do not qualify for ANY discounts that will reduce the tuition below the amount of the subsidy payment.
Yearly Enrollment Fee: The Yearly Enrollment Fee is used to cover expenses for yearbooks, earthquake kits, student liability insurance, as well as basic classroom supplies and materials, iPad carts, interactive panels, device software, network & tech management. The fee also covers student devices for 1st-8th Grade Students. The devices are not owned by the students and must be returned at the end of each school year or if a student leaves the school. An optional device plan that covers accidental damage is available for $59 per year (does not cover loss or theft). Kindergarten and 1st Grade iPads stay at Valley School unless otherwise authorized by a teacher or administrator. The Yearly Student Fee does not cover textbooks.
Textbooks: 1st - 8th grade students are responsible for the purchase of all textbooks. Consumable texts are included in the enrollment fee. There will be a fee for online textbook components of $110 for grade 3-5 and $120 for grades 6-8 applied to your first tuition statement.
Meals: K-8th may purchase hot lunch and snacks in the cafeteria (prices vary).
Thanksgiving (week)/Winter/Spring Breaks: The school will be closed for all students ECC through 8th Grade.
